Visite The wine region of Penedes en un coche con conductor

The region of Penedés, internationally known for wines and Cavas is located 40 kilometres from Barcelona.

The Capital, Vilafranca del Penedés, hosts an important Wine Museum.

The majority of cellars are open to the public. One of the most interesting visit is to Cavas Codorníu, a beautiful example of modernist architecture designed by Puig i Cadafalch. The guided tour introduces the visitor into a labyrinth of tunnels where you will be able to appreciate the slow process required to elaborate Catalan Cava.

We reccommend also a visit to Bodegas Torres, wine makers since XVII century, who recently opened an interesting visitors center.
